All products offered by ADZYCOM are subject to availability. Customers may note that color selection is not available, and products will be shipped in the color currently in stock. 

To ensure smooth operations, customers are requested not to cancel more than three orders within a one-month period. After delivery, ADZYCOM is unable to take responsibility for damage that may occur during transit. Customers are encouraged to carefully check products upon receipt. As ADZYCOM functions as a lseller, returns or replacements will be within 7 days. For International cusomers  returns are not available.

Customers are requested to record a clear 360-degree video while opening the parcel. This helps us resolve any concerns related to missing items efficiently. Claims may not be accepted without video proof. Any videos shared by ADZYCOM are provided for reference purposes only.
